How to Refill the Lighter

Step 1: Choose the Right Butane Selecting high-purity, high-quality butane is crucial for the longevity and performance of your lighter. Butane with low purity or poor quality can contain excessive air, leading to ignition failure or other issues during use.

Step 2: Release the Gas Before refilling the butane torch lighter, it is necessary to drain any remaining fuel from the lighter. Open the flame adjuster to set the flame height to the minimum, and use a small screwdriver or similar tool to push the refill valve down, allowing the gas to be released from the tank. Remember to keep the lighter away from your face and clothes during this process.

Step 3: Refilling and Flame Adjustment With the lighter upside down, insert the butane fuel nozzle into the filling valve and refill the lighter for 5-10 seconds. The filling time can be adjusted based on the actual capacity of the tank. After refilling, wait for two minutes to allow the lighter to reach room temperature before using. Remember to increase the flame height before using the lighter.
