HOW TO REFILL TORCH LIGHTER:

Bleed the Lighter: Release all tank pressure by pressing the refill inlet valve with a small screwdriver until no hissing sound is heard. This is necessary, as air inside the fuel tank prevents butane from being injected.

Set Flame Height Adjustment: To prevent an unexpectedly high flame after refilling, turn the flame height adjuster on the bottom of the lighter to the lowest setting by turning the flame adjustment wheel clockwise.

Filling Tank with Butane: Hold the lighter and butane can in a vertical, upside-down position. Press the stem of the butane can into the refill valve in 5-second bursts to inject the butane. Wait 3-4 minutes before igniting the lighter, allowing the excess butane to evaporate and the fuel inside the lighter to reach room temperature.

Test the Lighter: Turn the flame adjustment wheel 1/2 turn counter-clockwise and attempt to light the lighter. If it doesn't light, turn the adjustment wheel another 1/4 turn and try again. Keep adjusting the flame adjustment wheel until the flame reaches the desired level.

WARNING: Keep away from children. Refill or empty only in a well-ventilated area, away from any heat source, sparks, or flames. Do not smoke during refilling or emptying. Do not keep the lighter ignited for more than 10 seconds.
